Superior Surfaces, Inc. warrants all indoor and outdoor powder coated tabletops for 1 year from the
purchase date shown on the invoice. Purchasers need to inspect the product within 15 days of
delivery to report any shortage or defect or will waive their claim for shortages or defects.

Warranty Includes:
Defect in material or Workmanship

Warranty Does Not Include (Up to the Discretion of the Manufacturer):
Normal wear and tear,
Neglect or abuse,
Accidental damage,
Alterations made by the purchaser,
Damage caused by extreme weather events such as being blown over, etc., and
Damage caused by any surface (such as glass top cover) being placed on the top, other than a
tablecloth.

The company makes no other warranties with respect to the product. All other warranties, including,
but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose are hereby
excluded.

Superior Surfaces, Inc.’s liability and sole remedy for any warranty claim or consequential damages is
limited to the replacement of the defective product.
