Superior Surfaces is one of the few manufacturers applying powder coating to wood surfaces. This allows us to offer table tops, desk tops, and cabinetry that are durable, highly customizable, and perfect for your project’s budget.
Our products are an excellent choice anywhere you need surfaces that can handle heavy use while still looking great: restaurants, offices, hotels, garages, patios, and so much more. Browse our applications page to discover what’s possible.
Surfaces are available in a range of colors, including metallic finishes. For further customization, we can use dye sublimation to recreate the look of marble, woodgrain, or stone. We can also use vinyl transfer graphics to apply your logo or other visuals.
Our surfaces are made to order, which allows us to maintain tight quality control standards and customize each product to your specifications.

Powder coating is a finishing process where a dry powder is applied to a surface and then heated until it melts and bonds into a smooth, durable layer. Instead of liquid paint that can chip or peel over time, the powder forms a tough protective finish.
The process is typically used on metal. But at Superior Surfaces, we fuse this high-performance coating to wood substrates to create durable tables, cabinetry, and work surfaces.
Dye sublimation is a printing process that transfers graphics or patterns directly into a surface rather than sitting on top of it. Heat turns special inks into a gas, allowing the color to bond with the coating on the material.
The result is a graphic that becomes part of the surface itself, so it won’t peel, crack, or wear off like decals or surface prints. At Superior Surfaces, we use this process to create realistic marble, woodgrain, and stone finishes.
